  1. Suspend the TRX cables from a high point.
  2. Grab the ropes’ handles and hang directly underneath them.
  3. Stretch your arms upwards.
  4. Lift your body up to the handles just below your chest with your palms facing inward.
  5. Return to your original role.
  6. This brings us to the end of one repetition.
